Salary: £38,220 – £45,864 per annum + Excellent Benefits!

EACH Counselling and Support is a leading charity based in NW London providing a range of specialist services to individuals and families affected by mental health, domestic violence and alcohol and substance misuse issues.

Our success and services are driven and delivered by a diverse staff and volunteer team, who are as passionate and committed as we are to meeting the needs of our local communities.

We are looking to expand our Senior Management Team so that we can build upon our work to make a difference to people’s lives to help them recover from the impact of mental health, trauma and domestic abuse.

We are now recruiting for a Services Manager to work as part of our Senior Management Team, you will have a counselling qualification and background to provide contract and staff management to a range of services.

The role requires you to ensure that our work is delivered to meet high standards and expected Key Performance Indicators.

In addition to this, as our Service Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the effective daily management and delivery of services, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.
  • Leading and supporting staff, including recruitment, training, and professional development.
  • Developing and implementing service plans, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement and funding.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and funders to promote EACH’s services.
  • Supporting and developing volunteers and trainee counsellors within service delivery.
  • Providing reports, briefings, and updates to senior management and external partners as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
  • Representing EACH at meetings, conferences, and public engagement activities.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

  • A counselling qualification and experience of working within a relevant field.
  • Experience of providing line management and supervision.
  • The ability to undertake problem solving and ensure performance and service improvements.
  • The ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships and partnerships.
