Reed Finance are delighted to be working with our client to appoint a Financial Controller
Reporting directly to the Director, the Financial Controller run the day-to-day operations for the finance function and team.
This is an opportunity an existing Financial Controller or a deputy looking to step up. You will drive performance and ensure deadlines are met.
Brief overview of key responsibilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate month end reporting pack to board
- Lead the finance team to meet all key objectives
- Budget, Forecasting, Cashflow
- Work with Director to oversee all commercial agreements such as insurances
- Key contact for Banks, Insurers and auditors
- Year end and stat accounting
- Board pack and presentation
Requirements.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
- Have held a Financial Controller or Finance Manager role for minimum of 3 years
- Strong team leadership skills
- Strong systems skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- SME industry background advantageous
- Comfortable in an on-site setting at least 4 days per week
Financial Package;
- Base salary C£70,000- £75,000 p/a
- 25 days annual leave plus BH
