The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will:
Oversee CIS reporting and ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations.
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Work closely with project managers to track job costing, project profitability, and cash flow.
Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
Lead month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide commercial insights to drive efficiency and profitability in projects.
Manage working capital, overseeing payments, invoicing, and supplier relationships.
The Person
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with relevant experience.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or a project-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of CIS reporting and compliance.
Ability to work closely with project teams and operational managers.
Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable in a hands-on role.
Experience with job costing, WIP reporting, and financial controls in construction.
