Your new companyHighly recommenced Personal Tax Senior role within a growing firm with a great reputation in the local market. My clients are a very successful, supportive and friendly independent firm situated north of Birmingham. Due to succession planning, there is now a need to recruit into their growing tax team in a personal tax-focused role. This position offers a great opportunity to join a well-structured team, working with a varied client portfolio with scope to develop and progress your experience over time.

Your new roleAs a Personal Tax Senior in this firm, you will manage the personal tax affairs of a diverse range of clients including HNWIs, business and property owners. With support from colleagues, you will manage the tax return process, advise clients on their tax liabilities, liaise with HMRC, help clients to plan for the future in relation to inheritance tax etc. and keep up to date with the latest changes to tax legislation.

What you'll need to succeedYou will possess excellent personal tax experience, great communication skills and the ability to work effectively to deadlines. You will have preferably gained ATT qualifications (or equivalent) and will be confident dealing with income tax queries from clients and supporting with aspects such as CGT, IHT, p11ds etc.
