JobPurpose
- Preparation of accounts for a significant client portfolio, monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
- Preparation of working paper files, ensuring accuracy.
- Review financial accounts and VAT returns.
- Preparation of income tax computations, corporate tax returns, VAT, and PAYE.
- Support Partners during client meetings, providing guidance to clients and proactively handling queries and problem solving.
- Overseeing junior staff, including review work and providing training.
- Build strong rapport with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Champion your own professional development, regularly undertaking training opportunities.

Job Requirements
- ACCA qualified with UK practice experience.
- Strong up-to-date technical accounting knowledge.
- Working knowledge of accounting software, including Xero, VT, Sage, QuickBooks, and CCH.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and able to oversee workflow.
- A team player able to bring out the best in others.
- Confidently mentor junior team members, in a positive and constructive manner.
