Role Responsibilities

As a Tax Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading a team of talented tax professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the corporate and personal tax function, ensuring high-quality compliance and advisory services
  • Providing strategic tax planning advice to a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals
  • Identifying and delivering new business opportunities, working closely with other Partners to grow the firm
  • Managing and mentoring a team of tax specialists, fostering their development and ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Keeping up to date with UK tax legislation and industry trends, ensuring clients receive the most relevant and beneficial advice
  • Liaising with HMRC and other regulatory bodies on complex tax matters
  • Building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, positioning the firm as a trusted tax advisory partner
