400 per day limited rate paid via Umbrella Company inside IR35

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement processes acrossAdult Social CareandPublic Healthor Construction services.
• Manage large open tenders, frameworks, and lower-value procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance withPublic Contracts Regulationsand council policies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks within procurement processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement withinAdult Social CareandPublic Healthor Construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge ofPublic Contracts Regulationsand procurement frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tenders and other procurement methods effectively.
• Flexible approach to balancing complex and lower-value procurements.
