Hourly Rate: £12.00ph

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Admin to join our client's team in Aldridge on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department and ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of financial information.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with various accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Supporting the finance team with month-end and year-end processes.
  • Handling queries from internal stakeholders regarding invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Providing administrative support to the finance department as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an accounts admin role or similar position.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
