What you'll do:

As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of administrators, ensuring the efficient operation of franchise and receivables administration functions. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, fostering strong relationships built on trust. Your excellent communication skills will be key in handling franchise queries and reporting on KPIs. You will also be responsible for managing payments, including daily credit card transactions and ensuring timely receipt from franchisees.   • Lead a team of administrators to run the receivables administration functions.

  • Regularly report on the status of Receivables and other administration related KPI's.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Manage daily franchise credit card payments.
  • Ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Work with various teams to manage the recovery of overdue debt.
  • Handle franchise queries in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Continually seek ways to improve department performance.
  • Spend time coaching your team to help them develop.
