- Lead the transformation of HR processes across the group, standardising operations across multiple businesses.
- Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive change, managing resistance and fostering collaboration.
- Handle sensitive and challenging situations, employing strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and align differing viewpoints.
- Proven experience managing change across multiple business lines, ideally in a group structure.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations and navigate resistance.
- Strong soft skills, including empathy, negotiation, and relationship-building, to bring stakeholders on board with the change.
- Willingness to work 3 days a week in Birmingham area, with some additional travel to other sites as required.
- £60,000-£70,000
- 5% bonus based on personal performance.
