Business Change Project ManagerAre you an experienced Business Change Project Manager with a passion for driving transformation across multiple business functions? We have a unique opportunity to lead a significant change initiative within a large, diverse organisation in the utilities sectors, with numerous business units under one umbrella.The Role: You will be the driving force behind a group-wide transformation project, initially focused on standardising HR processes across 10-15 businesses within the organisation. This will be an 18-month project where you’ll establish a consistent approach to HR, creating efficiencies and synergies across the group.The organisation does not currently have a formal group change function, so you’ll be instrumental in setting the foundation for future change management initiatives. You will need to navigate complex organisational structures and work with stakeholders at all levels to implement meaningful and lasting change.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transformation of HR processes across the group, standardising operations across multiple businesses.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive change, managing resistance and fostering collaboration.
  • Handle sensitive and challenging situations, employing strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and align differing viewpoints.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing change across multiple business lines, ideally in a group structure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations and navigate resistance.
  • Strong soft skills, including empathy, negotiation, and relationship-building, to bring stakeholders on board with the change.
  • Willingness to work 3 days a week in Birmingham area, with some additional travel to other sites as required.
What’s on Offer:
  • £60,000-£70,000
