  • Full Time - Permanent
  • Walsall - 3 days on site, 2 days from home (occasional travel to other sites)

Are you an experienced agency or internal recruiter looking to work for a growing organisation where you can be part of a large internal recruitment function?

I am exclusively recruiting for a well-known brand to source a Talent Acquisition Business Partner into their head office.

You will be looking after a key department within the corporate functions team, hiring into niche focused roles and working closely with data driven stakeholders to provide a first-class TA service.

You will be solely managing this business function and owning the whole 360 process, liaising with all levels of the business and striving to become an expert within this field and taking pride within your network.

My client has HUGE plans coming up which this role will be supporting / taking lead on certain projects, including: Succession planning, streamlining terms, upskilling line management, early careers, sustainability and much more!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing a first-class recruitment service to managers across your business department
  • Using sourcing tools (LinkedIn recruiter, Company website and branding, Indeed, CV Library) to source and headhunt candidates
  • Project support (as above)
  • Provide an impeccable candidate experience
  • Providing expert recruitment advice to all levels of the business
  • Manage internal recruitment campaigns for promotions and career changes, ensuring that candidates who aren't successful in internal moves still feel engaged and brought into the business
  • Building and managing a consistent network of candidates
  • Delivery of high-volume vacancies
  • Overseen compliance with internal approval
  • Promote inclusive and fair recruitment practices

About You:

  • Experienced working within a recruitment agency
  • Experience working within internal recruitment
  • Skills including Proactive, Confident, Forward thinking
  • Must be confident speaking to all levels of the business including director and senior leaderships
  • Experience working within an extremely fast paced environment
