We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to act as a key extension of the CEO's office, ensuring the smooth running of high-profile projects, strategic initiatives, and executive operations.

About the Role:

As the Business Support Operations Manager, you will provide confidential, strategic, and high-level support to the CEO. Your role will be to optimise the CEO's time and focus by managing key tasks, communications, and engagements while also leading the Executive Support Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox, calendar & travel management - ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation.
  • Liaison & representation - acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project coordination - overseeing high-profile, confidential projects that drive business growth.
  • Board & leadership support - managing the preparation and distribution of reports, board papers, and presentations.
  • Event management - organising executive-level meetings, business-wide events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Continuous improvement - driving efficiency, fostering a culture of high performance within executive support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication skills - ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding organisation & attention to detail - managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset - able to anticipate needs and take initiative.Credibility & professionalism - acting as an ambassador for the CEO and the business.
