Responsive Repairs Team Leader.

Salary: £43,022 - £45,111 per annum (plus £1,000 car allowance and excellent benefits)

The role will involve leading a multidisciplinary team of trade colleagues and working hand in hand with repairs planners to maximise the overall productivity of the team with the key objectives of reducing customer lead in times and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

You’ll need to thrive working in a fast paced, busy environment and be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload, from managing colleagues, to responding to customer enquiries.

Ideally you will have worked within a repairs environment and managed trades operatives.
