- Utilising telesales, networking and social media to engage with employers and promote our client’s full offering of Apprenticeships, and Commercial Training programmes.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, whilst also maximising growth/repeat business with existing employers.
- Working to achieve and exceed agreed monthly targets.
- Contacting various businesses, speaking with key decision makers, to develop and maintain lasting relationships
- Creating proposals and negotiating with businesses effectively.
- Maintain customer database and ensure all information is updated accordingly on the companies CRM system.
- Be constantly aware of competitors / changes in the industry
- At all times demonstrate the ability to handle calls in a professional manner and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Must have experience of working within a telesales role, ideally within the training sector.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
- Good level of IT skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, admin and organisational skills.
