Details of a Class 1 Driver:

PAYE Only
No Umbrella companies
Hours: Varied start times from 05:00 - 08:00
Minimum 1 years experience as a Class 1 driver for insurance purposes.

Role of a Class 1 Driver:

Driving a Class 1 vehicle
Must have HGV delivery experience.
In date CPC and Tacho cards are required
Curtain siders and box trailers experience is advantageous but not essential
Own transport
