Job descriptionClass 1 Drivers Required - Ongoing Long-term PositionsROLE INFORMATION:Rapier Employment is currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a leading retail chain. based in Walsall (WS2)You will be engaged depot to depot trunking or bulk collectionsThere is no handball involved, start times will vary.We welcome full-time or occasional driversClass 1 Drivers must take an assessment first which is fully paid as long as you pass. The assessment involves theory and driving assessments. If you are already DHL assessed you will only need to attend an induction day which is also paid for.SALARY AND BENEFITS:Class 1 PAYE RatesMonday to Friday Days £17.16 per hour – Overtime @ £25.77 after 8 hours per dayMonday to Friday Nights £18.22 per hour - Overtime @ £27.35 after 8 hours per daySat pay @ £19.95 per hourSun Pay @ £21.01 per hourYOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

Class 1 (C+E) Licence with a minimum of 3 months on the road experience
Must have held Class 1 license for at least 1 year
No DR10 No CD10’s No IN10s - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
UK Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
