A new opportunity has arisen for a Bench Joiner to join our reputable joinery manufacture team, CAD Group Bespoke Joinery Ltd.

Here at CAD Group Bespoke Joinery, we specialize in the retail and restaurant sector - producing high end joinery packages. We produce a wide range of bespoke items including a few examples as follows: Bars, Seating, Counters, Shop fittings, Solid surface works, Timber works internal and external, Windows/doors and shopfronts, specialist feature items such as wall panels/screens/ ceiling features, High end bespoke Kitchens. Our quality is the most important, our methods are traditional while utilizing modern technology.

The successful candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of traditional methods, while able to incorporate our modern methods.

THE RATE OF PAY IS SUBJECT TO THE CANDIDATE'S EXPERIENCE.

To be considered for the position of a Bench Joiner, you must have demonstrable experience using hand tools and woodwork machinery.

In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential:

• Experience with woodwork machinery
• Experience with hand tools
• Must be able to work in a team, also on their own
• Strong attention to detail
• Pride in work and bench joinery
• Punctual and responsible
• Pro active work ethic
• Ability to understand our standard process
• Able to read and understand working drawings
• Understanding of standard industry health and safety

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to construct and assemble wooden structures and fixtures.
• Perform joinery tasks with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist in various construction tasks, including roofing and plumbing, as needed.
