We are recruiting for a leading UPVC Window & Door fabricator who are looking for an experienced Trade Sales Manager to join their senior team.
The Trade Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the trade sector by nurturing relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on customer engagement to ensure we meet and exceed our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new trade clients to grow market share within the designated region.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Product Expertise: Provide technical advice and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they choose the best solutions for their needs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in trade sales, ideally within the UPVC or construction products sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with UPVC window and door products, their applications, and industry standards.
- Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Competence in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
