Role Overview: As the Registered Residential Home Manager, you will lead the effective management of a residential home, specializing in meeting the unique needs of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home.
  • Two years’ recent experience in children’s residential care.

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Full manual driver’s licence.
