Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a leading Electronics retailer, working with multiple brands, product areas and ecommerce platforms, to recruit for a Ecommerce Merchandising Executive.
This is great development role for someone interested in Digital Marketing and are a keen copywriter with great attention to detail.
Job title: Ecommerce Merchandising Executive
Location: Walsall
Salary: 22,000 - 24,000
Contract: Full time, permanent
Start date: January 2024
In this role you will work with the Ecommerce Team to drive the business forward. You work to improve the customer journey and experience across multiple ecommerce sites that house hundreds of household brands.
You will be working to ensure the website is user friendly and set for success and offers customers an excellent shopping experience. You will be ensuring that searches are optimised and new products are launched successfully. Your role will also include leading activity for internal advertising.
This role will be fast paced and within a friendly and fun team. You will learn a huge amount about Ecommerce and progress your skill set and career with a talented and supportive team.
Candidate Criteria:
- Analytic skill set
- Commercial acumen
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms
- Previous experience delivering against commercial targets
- Previous experience working in cross functional teams
Desirable but not essential experience:
- HTML and CSS
- Google Analytics and MS Office experience
- Shopify platform experience
