ARE YOU A CNC MILLER WITH SOME MANUAL MILLING EXPERIENCE?

CNC Miller with some manual milling experience required for a small, well established business who supply niche and bespoke tooling, jigs and fixtures to the automotive industry.

This is a small friendly team, a relaxed environment where the successful candidate will benefit from a good work/life balance.

The role would suit CNC millers with manual milling experience. You must have a proven ability to read engineering drawings and working to customer specifications. To cover the manual milling side the successful candidate be confident with planning a job including order or works and what tasks to complete before commencing a job in order to avoid mistakes, including all mathematical calculations, experience using a scientific calculator is ideal for completion of calculations. It is important that confidence to carefully plan and calculate for manual jobs is in place.

Those from workshop environments with exposure to grinding, spark eroding and other similar methods are invited to apply and will have a considerable advantage.

You will benefit from working within a small, independent business who have a steady workflow. They boast some great client relationships and are proud to produce good quality jigs and tooling. They have been operating in their field for nearly 30 years.

CNC Miller:

*Must have experience CNC and Manual Milling

*Machinists who have experience working on XYZ machinery will have an advantage

*Will ideally transfer from a workshop environment where you have had exposure to other skills

*Must be able to interpret, read and follow engineering drawings

*Must be able to accurately plan and calculate for manual milling jobs
