A CNC Operator is required for a manufacturing company based in the Brownhills area of Walsall.
You will be trained up to operate their multi-axis CNC milling and machining centres. They are looking for candidates with some experience working on any kind of CNC machinery, not just specifically the machines they use here.
You will be responsible for -
- Working on millers and machining centres
- Working with Fanuc controls
- Daily / weekly machine maintenance tasks
- Quality inspection using micrometres, verniers, etc.
- Operating overhead cranes to load / unload
The role is working days -
- 7:00am - 4:30pm / 11:00am finish on Fridays
- Paying £12.21 per hour
This CNC Operator role is a temp-to-perm position with a probationary period through the agency. They are looking for permanent members of staff for the long term.
