CNC Lathe Setter/Operator Temp to Perm

??Rate:£16 - £17 per hour (based on experience)
BCS Connect is currently seeking an experiencedCNC Lathe Setter/Operatorfor a temp-to-perm opportunity in Brownhills, Walsall.
The Role:
You will be responsible for running2-3 two-axis lathes with barfeeders and/or 3-axis Machining Centers, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
? Setting & operating CNC lathes & VMCs
? Setting tools to target and operating machines to achieve required output
? Inspecting own work to maintain quality standards
? Recording job tooling requirements and setting information
? Maintaining a clean and organized working environment following a 5S approach
Essential Skills & Experience:
?? Proficiency with Fanuc controls
?? Ability to operate multiple machines when required
?? Experience working with Mild & Stainless steels
?? Strong work ethic with an efficient and proactive approach
?? Ability to work unsupervised and meet production targets
?? Self-motivated with a positive attitude
