CNC Shift Leader - Brownhills
Are you an experienced CNC professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established, family-run machining and fabrication business, is seeking a CNC Shift Leader to join their team in Brownhills.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team of CNC setter/operators, ensuring smooth operations during your shift.

Provide hands-on support with programming, setting, and operating CNC machines.

Troubleshoot and solve real-time production issues to maintain efficiency.

Maintain a high standard of quality and productivity throughout the machine shop.
Required Skills & Experience:

Fanuc conversant with a strong background in CNC operations.

Significant experience in programming and setting 3-axis machining centres and CNC lathes.

Proven ability to problem-solve effectively and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Rate: Dependent on experience + 10% Shift Allowance
