Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team for an exciting commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing electrical teams, and collaborating closely with other site supervisors and project managers. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the electrical team on site to ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, regulations, and health & safety standards.

• Coordinate electrical work with other trades and contractors to maintain project timelines and deadlines.

• Inspect electrical installations, equipment, and systems for compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections, providing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

• Review and interpret project electrical plans and specifications.

• Assist with the procurement and delivery of electrical materials and equipment to the site.

• Maintain accurate records of electrical work completed, inspections, and testing.

• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination.

• Train and mentor junior electrical staff to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in commercial or industrial construction.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and testing procedures.

• In-depth understanding of electrical codes and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Health & Safety awareness and experience working in a site environment.
