This is a full time permanent role, working on a hybrid/remote basis (nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays required).This exciting opportunity is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in project management within the construction sector, looking to oversee lucrative projects valued up-to £1m.Responsibilities of the Project Manager role include:

Lead multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Use tools such as Project Server and SharePoint to monitor progress and collaborate with team members.
Apply Waterfall methodologies to ensure structured project execution.
Manage and mentor teams, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.

Requirements of the Project Manager role Include:

5+ years of project management experience in construction (preferred).
Strong understanding of product development processes and project management tools.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams and projects valued up-to £1m.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Information about the Project Manager role Includes:

Location: Hybrid remote (with nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays covered by the company).
