- Lead multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Use tools such as Project Server and SharePoint to monitor progress and collaborate with team members.
- Apply Waterfall methodologies to ensure structured project execution.
- Manage and mentor teams, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction (preferred).
- Strong understanding of product development processes and project management tools.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and projects valued up-to £1m.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Location: Hybrid remote (with nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays covered by the company).
- Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 (potential for negotiation)
