KC Group is working with an established construction firm based in the Walsall area to find a talented Project Manager to join their team. This is a full time permanent role, working on a hybrid/remote basis (nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays required).This exciting opportunity is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in project management within the construction sector, looking to oversee lucrative projects valued up-to £1m.Responsibilities of the Project Manager role include:
  • Lead multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Use tools such as Project Server and SharePoint to monitor progress and collaborate with team members.
  • Apply Waterfall methodologies to ensure structured project execution.
  • Manage and mentor teams, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
Requirements of the Project Manager role Include:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and project management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams and projects valued up-to £1m.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
