Mechanical Contracts Manager
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well- established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in the West Midlands.
They are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead and manage mechanical services across various projects across a range of commercial environments such as healthcare, hospitality, education, leisure, retail, and office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly in the healthcare sector, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns.
- Manage and coordinate teams of engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, particularly in healthcare settings.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure that all projects meet required specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and resources, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on Mechanical project management.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects.
