Refurbishment Contracts Manager

To support our continued growth we are looking for aRefurbishment Contracts Managerfor our client in Walsall.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of a number of projects each ranging from 40k to 2M, ensuring efficient and timely completions.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager

Thorough Knowledge of relevant legislation,

Ability to undertake site surveys to scope and select appropriate solution to the issues presented

Understanding of the importance of collating evidence for all completed works using systems such as bolster or site audit pro

Capable of overseeing numerous projects and directly employed operatives and subcontractors.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to produce health and safety documentation in line with current legislation

Excellent man management capabilites

Suitable Contract management qualifications

SMSTS

Full Time Mon-Fri

Ideally you will have a Surveying/Building degree or equivalent level and have contract management experience within a maintenance/refurbishment environment.

This position carries a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus scheme, pension, Life Insurance, Income Protection and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
