In this role The Deputy Head of Apprenticeships will support the Head of Apprenticeships in delivering the curriculum, mobilizing resources for new standards, and ensuring best practices. They will provide leadership to maintain high-quality apprenticeship delivery, achieve timely learner completion, and meet business KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in apprenticeship delivery, comprehensive understanding of ESFA and OFSTED regulations and have experience managing teams. The role:*Oversee the Apprenticeship Department, managing a team of Learner Engagement Officers including appraisals, performance management and KPI's *Ensure our learners achieve timely completions, contributing to our commitment to excellence. *Analyse performance data, implement strategies for improvement, and lead your team to success. *Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to meet ESFA and OFSTED requirements. *Support staff development through training and regular feedback, fostering a culture of growth.
