As a Dual Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing two childrens homes, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
- Overseeing daily operations to meet the needs of children and young people.
- Developing care plans in collaboration with families and professionals.
- Maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings by adhering to regulations.
- Supporting and developing staff teams with necessary training and supervision.
- Driving continuous improvement across both services.

- Strong understanding and experience with Ofsted regulations and achieving high ratings.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership skills to inspire and manage teams across multiple services.
- Full UK driving licence.
