We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Agent to join a Globally renowned organisation in the power distribution industry. This hybrid role will primarily focus on providing exceptional customer service, handling queries, and managing orders with accuracy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
This role would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills, with a passion for providing outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through telephone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status updates.
- Collaborate with technical experts within the organisation to resolve customer queries and requirements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
