The Swimming Teachers' Association (STA), a multi-award-winning international charity, is looking for a Digital Services Assistant to play a key role in supporting their digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various teams and external partners, ensuring that digital services remain cutting-edge, efficient, and user-friendly.

As part of a dedicated Digital Services team, you'll work closely with the Director of Digital Services to enhance online presence, maintain digital tools, and provide technical support to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll also have the chance to develop new skills, work on innovative projects, and help shape the future of digital services.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and maintaining STA's internal network in collaboration with external contractors.
  • Overseeing and optimising digital platforms to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues by liaising with software developers.
  • Providing support and guidance on digital services to staff and customers.
  • Assisting in the development of engaging online learning programmes.
  • Keeping STA's websites updated with fresh, relevant content.
  • Creating engaging digital mailers and surveys.
  • Leading key digital projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensuring all digital materials align with STA's brand identity.
  • Using Google Analytics to track website performance.
  • Staying ahead in the digital field with ongoing training and professional development.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for software and hardware.
  • A foundational understanding of HTML.

Preferred Skills (Bonus if you have them!):

  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
