Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Walsall. The successful candidate will primarily be based in Year 3, with the potential to provide support across Key Stage 2 as required. This is a full-time, temporary role that will involve supporting the teacher with all aspects of classroom management and student learning.We are seeking a motivated and experienced teaching assistant with strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum. The role requires an individual who is passionate about helping children achieve their potential and is committed to providing high-quality support to both students and the teaching team.Key Responsibilities: · Supporting Students: Work with students to help them understand and engage with the curriculum, supporting them in completing tasks and activities to the best of their ability. · Behavior Management: Assist with maintaining a positive and focused classroom environment, promoting good behavior and encouraging student participation. · Small Group Support: Lead or assist with small group activities and interventions for students who require additional support.
