The school now has an exciting opportunity due to increased demand for a Nursery Assistant to join our fantastic team on a full-time, 1 year Fixed-Term Contract. About the role
Under the direction of the Head of Nursery School, you will support individual children and groups, helping them to thrive and learn through engaging activities tailored to their interests. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, observing and recording pupil performance, and providing intimate care as needed.

You will facilitate both group and one-on-one activities, promoting inclusion and supporting children with diverse needs, including those with learning difficulties and language impairments. Collaborating with teachers, you will implement Individual Education Plans to ensure every child has the opportunity to progress socially and academically. In addition to classroom duties, you will supervise playtimes and meals, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding policies.

This is a Fixed-Term role. We will consider both full-time and part-time applicants. Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week. Part-Time Job Share: 2 x 20 hours per week (morning and afternoon shifts available).
