Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with varying needs.
- Assisting with the development of educational resources and activities.
- Promoting positive behavior and a safe learning environment.
- Supporting students with additional learning needs or disabilities.
- Helping students build confidence and develop social skills.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for education and helping children thrive.
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices.
