- Qualified and unqualified Teaching Assistants who have previous experience working with children (this can include experience in schools, nurseries, youth work, or similar roles).
- Individuals who are adaptable, eager to get stuck in, and willing to step into different classroom environments.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN and helping them succeed in a positive learning environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing one-on-one and small group support for students with special educational needs in vibrant, inclusive classrooms.
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and helping students engage with the curriculum.
- Creating a safe, nurturing environment where students feel supported and encouraged to thrive.
- Covering staff absences and helping to maintain continuity in education.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children in a child-related setting (this could include previous experience as a TA, nursery worker, youth worker, or similar).
- Adaptability and flexibility - ready to step into different schools and work with a variety of students.
- A passion for education and a desire to help children with special educational needs reach their full potential.
- Availability for short-term, flexible assignments across the West Midlands.
