Operations Manager

Salary: £70,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Location: South Birmingham, West Midlands

Hours: Full-time

HCR is supporting a well-established healthcare provider in leading the search for an Operation Manager to join the innovative provider that has been operating in the West Midlands for over 21 years! With plans to expand in 2025! due to continuous success. The Operations Manager will oversee six homes in total across the West Midlands area.

Operations Manager Duties:

  • Oversee, manage, and support the day-to-day operations of the homes.
  • Support the registered manager ensuring all compliance is completed.
  • Carry out any investigations, and raise any safeguarding incidents ensuring appropriate action.
  • Create and implement action plans.
  • Oversee the home's budgets to ensure they are in line.
  • Support nursing homes by bringing the cost down of agency usage.
  • To support with the on-call when required

Operations Manager Requirements

  • Must be a registered nurse with an active NMC pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualified.
  • Ideally to have a Level 5 in leadership in management however not essential.
  • Previous home management experience is essential.
  • The ideal Operations Manager will have successfully achieved “Good” CQC ratings.
