HCR is partnering with a well-established healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Operations Manager with a registered nurse background. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee six nursing homes across the West Midlands, supporting the senior management team to ensure the highest standards of care.
We’re looking for an active NMC pin holder with a successful background as a CQC Registered Manager, but we will also consider nursing home managers looking to take the next step in their careers. Our client has been thriving for over 21 years and plans to expand in 2025 due to their continuous success.
Operations Manager Duties:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the homes.

Support registered managers to ensure full compliance and CQC regulations are met.

Lead investigations and raise safeguarding incidents, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.

Create and implement action plans to drive improvements.

Monitor and manage home budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Work to reduce agency usage and costs across the homes.

Provide on-call support when required.

Operations Manager Requirements:

Must be a registered nurse with an active NMC pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD).

Ideally hold a Level 5 in leadership and management, though not essential.

Previous home management experience is essential.

Proven track record of achieving "Good" CQC ratings.
