As a Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be tasked with the inspection, repair, and servicing of various equipment within our industrial / manufacturing setting. This role requires a blend of practical skills and knowledge of electrical engineering principles.

Description
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Perform maintenance, repair and replacement of electrical systems and their components.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to diagnose electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations as per company and industry standards.
- Support the implementation of new electrical projects.
- Assist with inventory management of electrical supplies and equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Profile
- Apprentice trained
- Competent at reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic diagrams
- Experienced with low voltage control systems
- Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens CNC control systems
- Good knowledge of Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Working with DC drives
- Work well under pressure
Job Offer
- £48,000 per annum DOE
- Monday - Thursday 06:00-14:00 Friday 06:00 - 1200
