Are you an Electrical Engineer or similar looking to take lead for a team of two, designing the electrical components for a variety of special purpose machinery for a company that will support you in stepping up into a management position and look to further grow the team around you?
On offer is the opportunity to take lead of a team of Electrical Design Engineers within a company that design and manufacture a range of bespoke machinery for a number of unique clients. They are currently growing due to a run of successful projects and are looking to expand their design team.
This role will involve both design work and managing a team of two other design engineers. You will be liaising with clients to understand their needs, carrying out design work for bespoke projects and checking the work done by your team.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer with a background designing special purpose machinery looking to progress into a management position within a company that can offer you the chance to work on unique projects, manage a small team with the opportunity to grow that team and progress into senior positions.
