Overview of role:
We’re looking for an Electrical Manager to join our new Building Compliance Team to manage the day-to-day operational management of our electrical team. We’ll need you to lead our in-house electrical team to deliver a complaint, customer focused and efficient electrical maintenance service to our customers, including repairs, installations and our cyclical EICR programme.

Not only do we require you to be highly technically skilled in electrics, you’ll also need to be a great leader of people, being able to influence, motive, coach and develop colleagues as well as challenging performance where necessary. The ability to guide people through change is also key.
You’ll be seen as our subject matter expert in electric and be a key player in moving our EICR programme from 10 to 5 years. We’ll also need your expertise in electrics to help us achieve our net zero target by 2050.
It’s no surprise that we will need you to have the following technical qualifications to be considered for the role:
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).
- City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (2391-52) (or equivalent qualification).
