Your Role: Electrical Installation Operative

As a key member of our installation team, you'll play a crucial role in installing and inspecting Pumps, Panels and ancillary equipment. If you enjoy working on-site, problem-solving, and learning on the job, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Install and inspect Pumps, panels and ancillary equipment, unsupervised or as part of a team with an Installation Supervisor
  • Manage varied and sometimes complex tasks on various sites each day
  • Conduct electrical tests and pre-commissioning checks
  • Provide feedback and updates to customers and contractors on site
  • Ensure works are completed to high standards and on time
  • Participate in mandatory product and industry accreditation training
  • Support service and contract requirements with out-of-hours working

Who You Are:

  • Ideally, you have an electrical qualification or experience working on-site
  • Problem-solving is your forte, and you're eager to troubleshoot
  • Cooperative, helpful, and hardworking
  • Open to change and enjoy learning new things
  • Accurate, reliable, and able to get things right the first time
  • Goal-oriented, able to manage your workload, and collaborate well with others
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable with IT equipment, including tablets and laptops
  • Hold a full UK Driving License, with a company van and tools provided
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at height
