About the Role:

Opus People Solutions is excited to announce a temporary full-time position for an Employment Advisor, working on behalf of Walsall Council. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our dynamic employment and skills service, contributing to the success of the Restart Scheme.

  • Meticulously Manage: Efficiently manage a caseload, maintain regular contact, and deliver detailed progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in employability support, career development, and advising.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is essential for outreach activities and flexibility across Walsall Borough.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear information in various settings.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent skills in managing caseloads, ensuring regular contact, and providing detailed progress reports.
