This role will entail you hitting the ground running as the senior site chemist. You will need to handle the responsibility of ensuring incoming waste has all necessary paperwork is correctly completed and is compliant with regulations. You will also be responsible for other site chemists and junior site chemists. Due to the growth of the business, for the right person more senior positions and career steps will become available with clear direction.
The role:
- Ensuring all incoming waste has correct paperwork and is compliant
- Be responsible for other site chemists
- Clear personal development plans set out to progress your career
- Monday - Friday site based role
The person:
- HNC or degree equivalent in chemistry or similar
- Experience in waste management
- Understand you may be outdoors and engaging with hazardous waste
