Our client, a well-established and highly successful engineering company based in Walsall, is currently looking for a Trainee CNC Setter to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified engineering apprentice or an individual with around 1-2 years of experience, who is eager to further develop their skills within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The Role:

• Working closely alongside an experienced engineer with over 30 years of industry expertise, providing mentorship and structured training.
• Developing skills in CNC setting and programming, as well as gaining broader experience with interpreting technical drawings and direct customer interaction.
• Operating within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with short production cycle times.
• Becoming an integral part of a small, hands-on team where adaptability, initiative, and enthusiasm are key.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Recently qualified CNC apprentice or someone with 1-2 years of CNC-related experience.
