About the Role:

Overseeing a portfolio of insolvency cases assigned to Case Administrators from inception to completion (all case types)

Brief Job Description
  • Management of Case Administrators
  • Attending external & internal meetings with Directors and key stakeholders
  • Working closely and reporting to the Insolvency Practitioners on case strategy development and implementation and case progression
  • Reviewing (and preparing) documentation in accordance with statutory requirements
  • Attending site and any associated matters
  • Ensuring case matters are progressed in a timely and compliant manner
  • Reviewing, amending and critiquing case work prepared by Case Administrators
  • Involvement on cases with assets or complex matters
  • Supporting Case Administrators to ensure case diaries are managed and cases are progressed adequately
  • Managing Case Administrators workloads
  • Providing support to IP’s on case progression and compliance
  • Assisting with the training and support of Case Administrators
  • Delegating work to others as and when required
  • Supporting business development through attendance at networking events
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
  • Participating in training sessions and professional development activities
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to ethical and transparent conduct in all interactions
The ideal Case Manager will:
  • Have experience working in Practice as a Case Manager overseeing a portfolio of cases or an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator who has had exposure to overseeing cases looking to step into a Managerial role.
  • Hold a valid UK Driving licence
  • Have strong credibility and a great reputation in the insolvency sector within practice.
