We are recruiting for a skilled Production Operative who is willing to learn and progress onto various machines in the shop floor, you will be working for a comapany that specialises in hevay duuty fabrications and are looking to expand.
The Job Role
- General production duties on a busy engineering shop floor
- Assisting with the production of large strucutral products
- Develop and lean skills on a plasma machine.
- Wokring with mild steel
- Develop ability to read engineering drawings
Experience/Requirements
- Previous experience in a production/engineering environment would be beneficial.
- Previous experience working in a spraying department would be advantageous.
- To have a good work ethic and been enthusiastic towards learning new things
The Package
- On site parking
- 12 week temporary to permanent contract
- Starting rate of £11.44 which will be reviewed after the temporary to permanent period.
- Opportunity to progress in the company and lean new skill sets in different areas of the shop floor.
