Senior Accounts Manager
Our client is a small and long-standing firm in the West Midlands who are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for someone to join a close knit and longstanding business in a key senior role with scope to grow.

Overview of key responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries and compliance matters
- Compliance Oversight: Regularly review and update compliance protocols to ensure all client work complies with all current laws and regulations including ethical standards
- People Management: Support with the development of junior staff ensuring regular feedback is given
- Communication: Foster excellent relationships with clients, Directors and the wider team through regular, clear communication
- Leadership: Act as a role model for the wider team, upholding the organisational values & culture
Our requirements & qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified
- Confident individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- A problem solver who’s not afraid to take on a challenge
- Experienced with a minimum of 5 years in practice
