Senior Accounts Manager

Our client is a small and long-standing firm in the West Midlands who are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for someone to join a close knit and longstanding business in a key senior role with scope to grow.

Overview of key responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries and compliance matters
  • Compliance Oversight: Regularly review and update compliance protocols to ensure all client work complies with all current laws and regulations including ethical standards
  • People Management: Support with the development of junior staff ensuring regular feedback is given
  • Communication: Foster excellent relationships with clients, Directors and the wider team through regular, clear communication
  • Leadership: Act as a role model for the wider team, upholding the organisational values & culture

Our requirements & qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified
  • Confident individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • A problem solver who’s not afraid to take on a challenge
  • Experienced with a minimum of 5 years in practice
