Salary: £52,592 - £55,469 per annum (plus car allowance & excellent benefits)

Contract: Permanent, full time – hybrid working, but presence in the office and on site required to meet business need.

Overview of role:

Are you an experienced assets professional with strong commercial acumen, able to analyse large amounts of data as well as operate strategically, thinking of the longer term and bigger picture? 

We have an exciting opportunity to for an experienced Assets Performance Manager to join our growing Assets Investment Team. Reporting into the Asset Manager, this new role will be integral to influencing how we manage (or dispose of) our assets to ensure our assets are commercially viable so that we can continue to invest in providing great homes and communities for our customers. 

We’ll need you to have a relevant degree level professional qualification or be qualified by experience, experience carrying out asset performance evaluations previously as well as having experience leading a team. It goes without saying that you’ll also have a good understanding of and empathy for our customer base.
